Borrowers & Sponsors
Experienced principals seeking acquisition, refinance, liquidity or transitional capital.
Commercial Real Estate Bridge Lending
New City Capital provides short-term, first-mortgage bridge financing for commercial and investment real estate when conventional financing is too slow, too restrictive or temporarily unavailable.
A Resource When Timing Matters
New City Capital works with real estate owners, investors, sponsors and business owners—and with the CPAs, attorneys and incumbent bankers who advise them—to address time-sensitive financing requirements professionally and decisively.
Experienced principals seeking acquisition, refinance, liquidity or transitional capital.
CPAs and attorneys helping clients navigate a temporary financing constraint or transaction deadline.
Bankers seeking a responsible interim solution when timing, policy or structure prevents the bank from meeting an immediate need.
Professionals who understand the transaction and can provide a clear path to the borrower or sponsor.
